Range of Services and Production
VeZerf GmbH runs a laboratory for syntheses, where research chemicals can be produced on laboratory scale according to customers' quality specifications (reactors available up to 30L nominal volume, see Synthesis Laboratory).
Typical products include metabolites, impurity standards, building blocks and API´s in early phases of drug development for the pharmaceutical industry as well as various kinds of research chemicals in many fields for the chemical industry. Also long-term studies, such as synthesis development or optimization are included in our range of services offered.
The clients can either provide synthetic procedures that are precisely followed (if desired or applicable on a different scale) or they can place an inquiry for a substance or research project without any synthetic details. We will then design a synthetic route based on our own synthetic know-kow and / or a literature research.
Because of its flexible infrastructure and the skilled project management, our laboratory is well-suited for immediate adaptation to the instrumental and preparative requirements of individual projects of our customers. By maintaining a close contact to our clients via a special person in charge of the individual project, we are able to offer almost real time information on the current project status during each phase of cooperations.
It is obvious that secrecy is an integral element in all we do.
We keep precise manuals documenting synthesis and analysis of each batch, and because of the clear identification of our shipped batches this information is always available.
Of course we can consent to any specific customer's specifications on documentation and analytic methods to be employed.
The quality of our products is documented mainly by means of our own analytical capacities (see Analysis), which are also successfully employed for process controlling and evaluation.
Apart from preparative problem solution, we also offer literature research (see Publications Research) in order to collect and provide necessary information. The client may choose to either receive a literature survey on a subject matter, or may receive the latest publications on a specific topic at regular intervals, if desired with summaries or valuations. Thus the client will always be up-to date about the state-of-the-art developments in the preferred sector, at minimal expense.
By specializing on syntheses on laboratory scale in combination with low expense organisation, we are able to offer our services at adequate prices and to gear the modalities involved to the clients' needs.
