Analytic

For our quality control including process control and final batch analysis, VeZerf can use a wide range of analytic measures held completely in-house (see below), with the exception of NMR, which is measured quickly by reliable external partners.

Thus VeZerf has many years of experience in method development. So also complex reaction processes can be monitored, analyzed and explained in almost real time and every substance synthesized gets a suitable method for its quality control.

Each substance is shipped to the customer complete with a lot specific batch analysis, providing information on identity and purity.

Besides simple standard procedures such as, e.g., melting point determination and thin layer chromatography, we employ the following instrumental methods routinely:

GC / FID, GC / MS

HPLC / UV, HPLC / MS

CHNS-elemental analysis

IR-, UV-spectroscopy

Polarimetry

NMR (in cooperation, 1H, 13C, 31P-NMR)
